Natashia Botelho is a psychotherapist and yoga-teacher, with a Master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Guelph and a Master of Social Work degree from King’s University College at Western University Canada. Her background is in phenomenological philosophy, clinical psychology, and social work.
Natashia’s work focuses on how we experience, interact with, and embody the world. She investigates how one’s lived-experience and active bodily engagement with and through the world promotes access to the complex dynamics of self-world-other relations that can deepen understanding, authenticity, and healing. Her research is aimed at enriching reflective practice, advocating for the application of embodiment in education and professional settings, and fostering individual insight and wellness.
